The Iowa Department of Economic Development is recruiting Iowa companies in the construction equipment industry to exhibit at the Big 5 PMV - Plant, Machinery & Vehicles - in Dubai. The Big 5 PMV is the newest exhibition of the Big 5, the largest construction industry trade show in the Arabian Gulf. Dates for this year's show are November 23-27, 2008.
 The Big 5 PMV is the largest gathering of construction equipment industry in Dubai. The quality of visitors is high. In fact, it is the most comprehensive event of the year for owners, managing directors, general managers, engineers and buyers in the region.

 Visa Requirements: A valid U.S. passport is required for U.S. citizens traveling to the United Arab Emirates (No visa required for U.S. citizens staying in-country less than 30 days). EXPORT TRADE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Export Trade Assistance Program (ETAP Funding): ETAP funds may be available on a first-come, fist-served basis to qualified business applicants for the trade mission. ETAP will reimburse 75% of an eligible company's direct expenses up to $4,000 per pre-approved trade show.
